Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of their information and for safeguarding login credentials, and must notify Super Charge of any unauthorized use.
4. Merchant responsibility
Merchants must provide accurate order and parcel information, including recipient details, address, and phone number.
5. Parcels and products
Parcels must not contain prohibited items. Super Charge may refuse any shipment that violates law or endangers safety.
6. Delivery operations
Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond control, including weather, road closures, or security conditions.
7. Payment & collection
For cash-on-delivery, collection and settlement follow the mechanism agreed with the merchant.
8. Prices & fees
Services are subject to prices in effect at the time of service or per agreement, and may be updated with appropriate notice.
9. Intellectual property
All site content including name, logo, text, and designs belongs to Super Charge and may not be used without permission.
